Demetre is currently in his first season with the MiLB Texas Rangers as a pitching coach. He spent the past three years in the Toronto Blue Jays organization as a full-time rehab coach and short season A ball coach.

Prior to Toronto, Kokoris coached at Point Loma University, Santa Barbara City College, University of Oregon, and the University of South Carolina. Kokoris also has experience coaching in the Northwoods League.
